Sertan Gun

I joined the Vikings in 2018. Growing up in the Mediterranean, I was always surrounded by wind and water sports. I started windsurfing in high school and began formal sailing training in 2015 in Kingston, Ontario.Moving to Vancouver opened a new chapter in my life — I shifted my focus fully to sailing, and discovering the Vikings has been one of the best things I’ve come across here. I owned a small sailboat from 2020 to 2024 and sailed whenever I had the chance. I’m currently one of the skippers in the club.Outside of sailing, I enjoy cycling, camping, and scuba diving.
